The Otome Games Celebration is a Steam festival hosted by us that focuses on sharing & celebrating the wide range of otome available on Steam!
The first event was held from May 19-26th on Steam as a week-long festival. New otome demos, sales, and more were part of the festivities. You can read how the event went from a developer perspective here.
what is a Steam festival?
A Steam festival is an event held on Steam to promote Steam games of similar types. In this case, we’re a 3rd-party themed event with the focus being on otome. A festival helps showcase games, demos, discounted games, and more.

is this a game jam?
No, this is a Steam festival. The goal of this is to promote existing otome games that are available or will soon be released on Steam. However, we do cohost the annual Otome Game Jam and Josei Jam, which are held on itch.io at the same time as this event. If you’re looking for a game jam, please read more about them here.
